Hoehn Carpentry

Windham patio deck, close to the ground using a PT frame supported on concrete piers set 48" into the tough New England soil. The deck is two toned with PVC decking and blind nailed so there are no marks or blemishes from fasteners to be seen. Crush stone was used underneath to promote drainage and the top soil was removed down to a sandy base to help reduce undergrowth. The little benches were affixed to define an edge and for convenience sitting. I can't wait to see how it looks next spring when the grass and landscaping is completed.

Pressure treated deck with seats. these are two different decks I did, one is a multi-level including the saving of the original house deck and managing the stair ways as to accommodate both decks and to the ground exiting. The other is a simple off the house back yard deck with seating. A little curved bottom step adds that extra touch to make it uinique.
